Terms & Conditions

A non refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking at 25% of the total cost, the balance of the payment is due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date, plus a security bond of £200 / €250 (refundable if no damage to property and left in clean and tidy condition, this refund is made within 7 days of departure). The refund is returned by direct bank transfer or Paypal (agreed with guest who made the actual booking).

Payment can be made via Paypal, Credit Card or bank transfer to our UK or French Bank account.

Our gite bookings are a minimum of 7 days in high season, however if you do wish to arrive a day earlier (as an example) we may be able to accommodate your request depending on availability. Likewise if you require a shorter break of 2 - 6 days in off peak season we would be pleased to try and accommodate your needs.

Prices include hire of bed linen, electricity and towels, you will need to bring your own beach / pool towels.

CHECK IN:    From 4pm onward.

CHECK OUT:  No later than 10am on the day of departure.

Well behaved dogs (maximum of 2) are welcome however please note there is a £25 / €28 charge per dog which is payable on arrival. 

Dogs are NOT ALLOWED in the pool as they can damage the liner.  

Dogs are not to be left unattended in the gite or allow them into the bedrooms..

Taxe de Sejour is NOT included in the price.  .90c per adult per night is the mandatory French tourist tax.

Please note the gite is Non-Smoking and Non-Vaping.

Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the grounds and the pool area.  Childrens safety remains the sole responsibility of the parents/guardians at ALL times.

No glass (including bottles and cans or sharp objects are allowed within the swimming pool area.

Swimming pool is available from April - October.

Use of the accommodation and all amenities is entirely at guests own risk.

Personal belongings, including motor vehicles, left in and around the property are entirely at guests own risk. No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage thereto.

Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover cancellation or any health problems.

In the event of cancellation by the guest(s) the charges are as follows: 

- 8 weeks or less before rental period begins, no refund is made.

Should you have any complaints about the property please let us know during the your stay and we will endeavour to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
